$175/Year

  • 2 maintenance visits per year
  • No service call fee if there is a breakdown between maintenance visits (excludes emergency calls)
  • No charge for drain line cleaning between maintenance visits in the event of a backup
  • Annual reminder of upcoming maintenance visit

Checkup Includes:

  • Test heating and cooling to make sure they are operating properly
  • Measure refrigerant levels
  • Add up to 1 lb. of 410A or R22 (if needed)
  • Clean up electrical panel on condenser of any bugs, rodents, or reptiles
  • Take amperage draw on condenser motors and compressor to ensure they are within allowable limits
  • Check all low voltage connections and tighten (if needed)
  • Check incoming and outgoing voltages on contactor to ensure they are within allowable limits
  • Check contactor for pitting or charring
  • Check microfarads on capacitor(s) to ensure they are within allowable limits
  • Check all high voltage connections and tighten (if needed)
  • Rinse outdoor coil and remove debris from condenser
  • Change batteries with customer provided batteries (if needed)
  • Test heat strip operation and clean off dust buildup
  • Flush drain line with condensate drain cleaner
  • Flush primary drain pan and remove any buildup
  • Add condensate pan tablets to protect pan from future buildup
  • Check safety switches to make sure they are working properly
  • Measure temperature differential entering and leaving your air handler
  • Inspect indoor coil, blower motor, and wheel for buildup and microbial growth
  • Check ductwork for any air leakage
  • Sanitize ductwork and evaporator coil
  • Change filters with homeowner-supplied filters (if needed)

  • 1 maintenance visit per year
